Challenge
First Community Bank (FCB) is a fully fledged Sharia-compliant bank and one of the pioneers of Islamic banking in East Africa. Known for its ethical principles, transparency, and community-driven approach, the bank stands as a trusted financial partner for individuals and businesses alike.
As more customers in Kenya and East Africa embrace digital banking, FCB needed a web design concept that not only enhances user experience but also communicates its Sharia-compliant identity.
The challenge was to merge modern UI/UX standards with faith-centered storytelling, ensuring the platform remained both functional and culturally resonant.
